A candidate for Trillium District Councillor in the Kingston Municipal Election for a Beautiful, Prosper, Safe and Healthy Kingston.

Not a proxy for any interest group.

You may notice a lack of my lawn signs across our district. This is simply because I am not funded by any religious center associated with divisive, hateful rhetoric or political maneuvering, nor am I backed by special interest groups or out-of-district donors, or some others, who may have the intent of conquering rather than representing you. Such entities often have two distinct communities in mind: one they use merely to secure votes, and another they actually intend to serve. Furthermore, I do not have an army of 'volunteers', including out of our district, from outside Kingston or 'volunteers' from any religious center. The choice is yours: vote for a real, independent, and non-communal candidate, or vote for lawn signs, money-power, and coordinated 'volunteer' networks. I am Dr. Prakash Dayal — I hold a doctoral degree from one of the world's topmost universities, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich in Switzerland. My career spans more than 25 years across academia and industries, including work for Queen's University and ESG Solutions—a microseismology-centered company—both based in Kingston.

I am running because this district deserves someone who reads the budget, asks the hard questions, and brings a vision that extends far beyond basic infrastructure and standard services.

My Vision, Stances and Demands:

• Self-declaration: No support for Hamas, Al-Qaeda or, any such terrorist organizations.
• Demands for lower property taxes, job creation, and industrialization in Kingston.
• Special funding and grants for startup companies originating from innovations at Queen's University.
• Ban on face-covering veils and the subjugation of women. Equality between men and women. Severe criminal penalties for female genital mutilation. For a healthy and better next generation, municipallly funded public awareness program against genetic-disorders-prone first-cousin marriages. See FAQ. Municipally funded promotion of a scientific temperament.
• Healthy Kingston and lower food cost: Promotion of backyard vegetables gardening. No GST/HST taxes on seedlings, vegetable plants, fertilizers, soil, gardening-tools, etc. for such purpose. Promotion of Canada's food guide. See FAQ.
• Early identification and severe prosecution of pedophiles and child-abusing grooming gangs; we must protect Canada from these savages whose "values" do not align with Canadian values.
• Beautiful Kingston: No GST/HST taxes on flower plants. See FAQ.
• Enforcement of the City of Kingston's pool rules: "Street clothes are not allowed". Public pools must maintain strict health and hygiene standards to ensure the water remains clean and safe for all visitors.
• A better and happier lifestyle: 5% GST/HST taxes in restaurants and zero eventually. See FAQ.
• No publicly funded support for male-dominated "invasion" from terror-infested countries under the guise of asylum or immigration; there must be strict scrutiny, genuine claims, and gender parity in this regard.
• Cleaner city, better road and signage, affordable housing, neighborhood safety.
• Improving services through better management, not through higher taxes.
• Stronger Canadian Dollar: Growth of industries in Canada and investment in the Canadian market instead of investing abroad. When Canada has a trade surplus, why is the Canadian dollar still falling?
• Rigorous promotion of tourist destinations like the Thousand Islands and Sandbanks Provincial Park, positioning Kingston as the central hub city.
• Pet-friendly parks, special funding for pet hospitals, and lower-cost pet-care services.
• Supporter of global secularism, global democracy, and global human rights, not only in Canada.
